Sample details

Participants for this study were recruited from the Greater Montreal area in Quebec, Canada, after participating in a previous lab-based experiment. Healthy children between the ages of 9 and 14 were recruited, along with their parents, to participate in the study. Eligible participants reported no physical or mental health conditions at the baseline data collection, resulting in 84 parent-child dyads at baseline. At baseline, 50% of the child participants were male.
