The ACCEPT cohort investigated environmental exposures, dietary changes, and health during a period of lifestyle transition and climate change. From 2010 to 2015, the study enrolled and assessed almost 500 Greenlandic women from 16 towns distributed over five regions of Greenland (North, Disko Bay, West, South, and East), who gave birth to live-born singleton children, and birth measurements were obtained. Between 2019 and 2020, mother-child dyads or mother-father-child dyads (101 mothers, 102 children, 76 fathers) with children aged between 3 and 5 years were followed up.
