ACS for PWUD aimed to investigate the long-term effects of chronic drug use in a population of adults in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Recruited participants were adults with a self-reported past or current use of drugs such as heroin, cocaine or amphetamines. Over 1,600 adults have completed the baseline data collection sweep. Participants were followed up every four to six months until the study ended in 2016.
