The ADCP aimed to develop robust technology to accurately stage Alzheimer’s disease across the full spectrum of its progression on an individual subject basis. The cohort consisted of approximately 200 individuals aged 55 years or older, including individuals who were cognitively healthy, had mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or had Alzheimer's disease (AD), recruited in the United States of America. Baseline assessments began in 2020, and participants were followed up in 2021-2022.
