The ADHD database aims to contribute to quality development within the investigation and treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children and youth, as well as the treatment of ADHD in adults, in Denmark. It follows two populations of Danish citizens visiting a psychiatric ward in Denmark. More specifically, the database follows the 'ADHD investigation' population, which includes children and young people over 18 years who are being investigated at the ward for ADHD, and the 'ADHD treatment' population, which includes children and young people (age < 18 years) and adults (age > 18 years) who are being treated for ADHD.
