The AHON Database contains routinely collected and pseudonymized data for over 450,000 patients from 73 affiliated general practitioner practices in the north of the Netherlands. Patients' data from electronic health records has been automatically included in the database following registration at an affiliated practise, unless the patient chooses to opt out.
