Sample details

The study aimed to recruit and analyze 1000 individuals in Australia, including 200 with Alzheimer's disease (AD), 100 with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and 700 cognitively healthy individuals. Healthy individuals included those with and without the ApoE ε4 allele, as well as those expressing subjective memory concerns. Recruitment targets were based on international cohort standards and ceased once each diagnostic group's specific target was met.
