The Alaska EARTH study aims to increase knowledge of the unique protective and risk factors influencing health among Alaska Native and American Indian (ANAI) people. At baseline, between 2004 and 2006, the cohort included over 1,300 ANAI adults from the South Central Alaska region in the United States of America. Participants were followed up with between 2015 and 2017. The study plans for additional rounds of data collection.
