ANHA is an ongoing longitudinal database containing routine general practice care data from over 1.45 million patients registered with general practitioners (GPs) in the Amsterdam metropolitan area, the Netherlands. Of the 1.45 million patients recorded in the database since 1996, around 615,000 are active patients as of 2025. Pseudonymised patient data, including information on diagnoses, medication use, laboratory results, and treatment, are extracted from the electronic medical records of the ANHA-affiliated GPs every three months.
