The AddNeuroMed consortium conducted a longitudinal observational cohort study with the aim to discover Alzheimer’s disease (AD) biomarkers. During this study, a broad selection of data modalities was measured, including clinical assessments, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), genotyping, transcriptomic profiling, and blood plasma proteomics. Data collection was performed at six different centers across Europe: University of Kuopio, Finland; Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece; King’s College London, United Kingdom; University of Lodz, Poland; University of Perugia, Italy; and University of Toulouse, France. ANMerge includes multimodal data from over 1,700 study participants across these six centers, with an average age of 76.4 years at baseline and 59% females. Data on 4,585 individual participant visits are included.
