ACT Admitted Patient Collection (APC)
The APC records all inpatient separations (discharges, transfers and deaths) from all public and private hospitals in the Australian Capital Territory, in Australia. For each patient, medical records from admission to discharge from the hospital are included. The APC was established in 2004 and is ongoing, with 2,110,058 records included as of 2024.
