BACK
Sample details

ARIADNE investigates the development, course, and outcome of depression and anxiety in the children of psychiatric patients. The study recruited current and former psychiatric patients who had been treated for depression, panic disorder, or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The biological children of the recruited patients were also recruited into the study. All participants were recruited from three provinces in the north of the Netherlands. This resulted in a cohort of over 360 psychiatric patients and over 520 of their children at baseline data collection.
