Assessing Economic Transitions Study (ASSETS)

ASSETS is an open prospective cohort investigating barriers to employment and financial security among people in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, Canada. As of 2023, over 300 adults who self-reported drug use are included in the cohort. Participants are followed up every three months, and each follow-up involves data collection and recruitment. Participants answer the same questions at each three-month follow-up interview.
