Bangalore Child Health and Development Study (BCHADS)

The BCHADS recruited over 900 pregnant women, aged 18 years and above, during pregnancy from community antenatal clinics in three local Bangalore (India) maternity units between August 2014 and November 2016. The BCHADS study follows on from the Prospective Assessment of Maternal Mental Health (PRAMM) study and runs alongside the Wirral Child Health and Development Study (WCHADS) to support cross-culture analysis.
