BIOFACE is a two-year study of cognition and biomarkers in participants with early onset mild cognitive impairment (EOMCI) from Barcelona, Spain. The cohort included 97 patients aged under 65 years with a diagnosis of EOMCI who were recruited from a memory clinic in 2018 and 2019. Of the participants, 59.8% were female and the mean age at symptom onset was 57 years. Participants completed extensive neurological and neuropsychological assessments at baseline, 1 year, and 2 years after baseline.
