The BioFINDER-Memory Clinic study complements the BioFINDER-Primary Care study. Participants are patients at the memory clinic of Skåne University Hospital with cognitive symptoms as part of subjective cognitive disorder, mild cognitive impairment or dementia, who undergo lumbar puncture as part of their cognitive evaluation. Participants are consecutively recruited to the study until 1,200 are reached. After the baseline assessments, a subsample of participants are enrolled in BioFINDER-2, undergoing BioFINDER-2 baseline assessments and longitudinal follow-ups.
