The BioMAge pilot study is a longitudinal research initiative conducted in Northern Italy to identify biomarker signatures of aging and longevity, involving 193 participants. Participants were recruited in 2020 through voluntary enrollment coordinated by the Università del Piemonte Orientale (UPO) and its Biobank. The study plans to expand its sample size in future phases to support broader biomarker validation. Participants are followed up every 3 to 5 years, with repeated biological sampling and health assessments.
