Cohort 2 was established during a 12-month period in 1994 and 1995 and included 182 singleton term births from consecutive births at the National Hospital in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands. Subsequent examinations were completed at age 18 months and then at 12-month intervals up to age 66 months.
