Sample details

This study investigates the relationships between clinical and laboratory test indicators and all-cause mortality in an elderly population in Taiwan. The study recruited over 2,000 adults aged 65 years or older who participated in the Kaohsiung Elderly Health Examination Program at Tatung Municipal Hospital in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, in 1995 and 1996. Participants were followed up through linked mortality data until 2003.
