Clustering of lifestyle risk factors and understanding its association with stress on health and wellbeing among school teachers in Malaysia (CLUSTer)
CLUSTer prospectively follows teachers from six states within Peninsular Malaysia, namely Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka, Terengganu, and Johor. From each state, schools from each district are randomly selected and all teachers who fulfilled the inclusion criteria from these schools were invited to participate. Only teachers with psychiatric illness were excluded. Baseline data collection took place between 2013 and 2015, and follow-up was planned to commence in July 2022, starting with Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.
