The Centre de Neurologie Cognitive (CNC) cohort is a prospective observational clinic-based study conducted at Lariboisière Hospital in Paris, France. It includes 321 participants with cognitive disorders who were recruited from the hospital’s memory clinic between July 2, 2008, and June 15, 2017. Inclusion criteria required a full clinical workup at Lariboisière Hospital, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarker measurements, and a final clinical diagnosis. The cohort consists of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and non-AD cognitive disorders, such as frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and vascular dementia. Patients underwent routine clinical, neurological, and neuropsychological evaluations, with brain imaging as needed. Follow-ups took place throughout the study period (2008–2017) as part of regular clinical care.
