Course and Outcome of Bipolar Youth (COBY)

COBY is a 15-year prospective study of youth diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Since its inception, COBY has included over 400 youth with bipolar I disorder, bipolar II disorder, or symptoms meeting COBY-established criteria for bipolar disorder not otherwise specified. COBY participants have been followed every 8 months with comprehensive assessments in many areas, capturing the clinical course of bipolar disorder in youth.
