Sample details

This study investigates how interactions between cognitive control and emotion regulation contribute to psychosis-proneness in adolescents with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. It includes 107 participants aged 12 to 18 years (57 with 22q11.2DS, 50 typically developing), recruited from the UC Davis MIND Institute in California, United States of America, the surrounding community, as well as local and online advertising, with baseline data collection beginning in 2015. Participants are followed up approximately 2.5 years after their initial visit to assess longitudinal changes in neurocognitive and affective functioning.
