Comparing Perceived Adequacy of Help Received Among Different Classes of Individuals with Severe Mental Disorders at Five-Year Follow-Up: A Longitudinal Cluster Analysis

This study recruited adults with severe mental health disorders from southwest Montreal, Canada. Eligible participants were aged between 18 and 65 years, able to speak French or English, were diagnosed with a severe mental disorder, living in Southwest Montreal at the time of recruitment, receiving care at a Mental Health University Institute (MHUI) and willing to allow the study team to access healthcare records. At baseline the cohort included over 350 participants from various socio-economic backgrounds.
