ComSS - India investigated the patterns of access to education in two states in India. The study recruited children aged 6 to 14 years from 36 villages attending 88 schools in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh states in India. At baseline in 2007, over 9,000 children were included in the study. Participants were followed up in 2007, 2008 and 2009 when the study ended.
