The CONSTANCES cohort comprises approximately 220,000 participants born between 1941 and 2000 in France. The participants were recruited between 2012 and 2021 from 22 selected Health Screening Centers in 22 cities in France (Nîmes, Marseille, Toulouse, Pau, Bordeaux, Poitiers, Angoulême, Lyon, Saint-Nazaire, Tours, Mulhouse, Colmar, Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy, Longwy, Lille, Paris, Caen, Saint-Brieuc, Rennes, Le Mans, Orléans, and Auxerre). The resulting cohort is diverse in terms of age, gender, and socio-economic status, intended to be representative of the French population at the time of invitation.
