The CopDiff database contains all differential blood cell count results requested by general practitioners in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 2000 to 2010, along with results from analysis of various other blood components. In 2011 and 2014, the database also linked all participants to external registries. The database included data on approximately 550,000 individuals, with over 1.3 million blood count requisitions.
