Sample details

The COVIMPACT study, based in Belgium, aimed to assess the long-term physical, mental, and social health impacts of COVID-19 by examining individuals who tested positive for the virus. The study began in 2021 with over 10,000 participants at baseline. Of these, 8,438 participants agreed to be followed over time, and approximately 3,000 completed the first follow-up questionnaire. Participants were followed up every three months until the study ended in April 2023.
