Children Receiving Care and Support Census (CRCS)

The aim of the CRCS is to link Children in Need (CIN) and Child Care and Support (CRCS) records to Cafcass Cymru (a Welsh government organisation) and health data within the SAIL Databank for comprehensive analysis of children's social care and support needs across Wales. The sample consists of linked records: children and young people of educational age recorded in the CIN census and those in the CRCS.
