The CSHRR is an electronic register of health examination information on more than 350,000 schoolchildren who ever attended school in the central municipality of the capital city of Denmark (Copenhagen). The CSHRR results from the retrieval and computerization of data from every health card. Through unique personal identification numbers, linkages are possible to national registers and population studies. Virtually every schoolchild is included in the register.
