The Dale-Wonsho HDSS aims to track health and demographic changes over time to support better health policies. Based in the Dale and Wonsho districts of southern Ethiopia, the study began in 2017 and initially included 69,021 participants across 13,965 households. The cohort consists of 51.5% males and 48.5% females, with follow-ups occurring biannually to monitor various health and demographic outcomes.
