Sample details

FinnGen is a public-private partnership combining genotype data with digital health record data for over 500,000 Finnish biobank participants. Whilst biobank samples have been collected and genotyped since the study began in 2017, health record data has been obtained from several national registries in Finland, with records beginning as early as 1953.
