The First-cycle KWMP aims to examine the career progression, challenges, and experiences of female managers in South Korea. Beginning in 2007, participants included over 2,300 female managers who were assistant managers and above in enterprises with 100 or more employees. The study was conducted biennially until 2018, with new panels added in 2012 and 2018, and over 2,600 participants taking part in the seventh wave.
