This study aimed to characterise the clinical and neuropsychological functioning and functional connectivity of children with developmental delay (DD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Beginning in 2018, the study recruited children aged 6 to 10 years old who met the diagnostic criteria for DD or ASD from an existing cohort on NDAR, a National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded data repository. Participants were split into two groups: the ID group, which included children who met the criteria for intellectual disability (ID) and the No ID group. At baseline, 93 participants were included in the study. Participants completed two data collection events.
