Sample details

Since the study was launched, approximately 2,000 mothers and their children have participated, as well as some fathers. Three assessments were completed during pregnancy, and there have been six assessments since birth, up to the children reaching 6-7 years. The mothers were recruited from midwifery practises in Amsterdam, when pregnant with their first child.
