Sample details

GRECog-Vasc aimed to define the poststroke prevalence of mild, major, and thus total neurocognitive disorder (NCD). Over 400 consecutive stroke patients with cerebral infarct or hemorrhage were recruited from September 2010 to October 2016 by the four participating stroke units in France (at Amiens University Hospital, La Rochelle General Hospital, Military University Hospital Val de Grace-Paris, and St Etienne University Hospital). Clinical, neuropsychological, and magnetic resonance imaging examinations were performed at the 6-month visit.
