Sample details

The GS:SFHS is a family-based cohort following over 24,000 participants from Scotland. The cohort recently expanded to include new families and younger family members to participate. In 2015-2016, a subsample of nearly 10,000 participants also took part in a further mental health reassessment called the Stratifying Resilience and Depression Longitudinally (STRADL) and in 2020, all participants were invited to take part in the large-scale Covid-19 surveys, CovidLife, TeenCovidLife or RuralCovidLife.
