H95+ was a multidisciplinary longitudinal study of around 1,000 individuals aged 95 years and older in Gothenburg, Sweden. Beginning in 1996, the study recruited individuals born between 1901 and 1911 from the Swedish population register. Participants were followed up every 1-2 years until 2018, with the oldest participant followed up from age 95 to 109 years.
