Healthy Baby Cohort (HBC)

The HBC was conducted to explore the effects of environmental factors on health and development. The study enrolled participants at three maternity hospital in Wuhan, Ezhou, and Macheng, located in Hubei Province in central China. Participants included pregnant women with a live singleton birth, recruited between September 2012 and October 2014. Between February 2017 and December 2018, a mental health assessment was included in the HBC and was administered to pregnant women during the assessment period.
