Human Connectome Project for Disordered Emotional States (HCP-DES)
BACK
Sample details

The aim of HCP-DES was to characterize connectome dysfunctions in disordered emotional states use the functional and structural connectome types to predict behaviour, symptoms, and function over one year. Participants were around 250 individuals experiencing symptoms of emotional distress (clinical sample) and 50 healthy controls, aged 18 to 35 years recruited from the community surrounding Stanford University, in the United States of America. All participants completed baseline assessment, and the clinical sample was followed up four times at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after baseline.
