This study aimed to assess the clinical and economic value of techniques for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. Participants were individuals suspected of having a primary neurodegenerative disease who had attended one of four academic memory clinics in the Netherlands (Leiden University Medical Centre, Maastricht University Medical Centre, Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre, and VU University Medical Centre). A total of 304 participants were registered in the study at baseline, and data was collected at least 4 times over 24 months.
