HFU-60 analysed the epidemiology, treatment, patient-reported outcomes and functional outcomes of a cohort of adult hip fracture patients in Denmark and Sweden. Beginning in 2015, the study recruited participants aged 18 to 59 years who had suffered a hip fracture in the last four weeks from three sites in Denmark and one site in Sweden. At baseline, over 200 participants were included in the study. Data were collected from participants at baseline, 6 weeks, and at 4, 12, and 24 months.
