Sample details

HT is a multi-center cohort study of twins from the Korean Twin-Family Register, a nation-wide twin and family database. The cohort comprises same-sex twins over the age of 30 and their adult family members. The study started in 2005-2006 with approximately 170 twin pairs and their family members, and expanded to recruit more participants. All participants have been invited to complete a full health examination and questionnaire survey every three years.
