Ibadan Study of Ageing (ISA)

The ISA is a community study of the profile and determinants of healthy ageing. Between 2003 and 2004, 2,149 participants, aged 65 years or older, residing in the Yoruba-speaking south-west and north-central parts of Nigeria, underwent baseline assessments. The cohort was followed up annually in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
