This dataset links biopsy slides to cancer registry and other administrative data to investigate the course, treatment, and outcome of breast cancer, with the goal of improving treatment and diagnosis. Included patients were biopsied at the Providence Cancer Institute in the United States of America between 1st January 2010 and 31 December 2020. The dataset currently includes data on 3,255 biopsies of cancerous tissue from over 2,500 patients.
