I-Lan Longitudinal Aging Study (ILAS)

ILAS aims to investigate the interrelationship between ageing, frailty, sarcopenia, and cognitive decline. Between 2011 and 2013, the study recruited around 1,800 participants aged 50 years and older living in I-Lan County, Taiwan. Participants completed follow-up assessments in 2014 and 2018. Participants also reported their health conditions and survival status every three months from baseline to 2022.
