The Investigating Psychosocial Predictors & Employment Outcomes of Enhanced Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Intervention study is a prospective cohort study of individuals with complex mental health problems who received occupational therapy interventions within the National Health Service (NHS) in Scotland, United Kingdom. The study created a digital cohort using records from vocational rehabilitation services (VRS) of 202 adults aged at least 18 years from Scotland who had self-referred to a VRS between 2015 and 2018, with the goal of paid employment or education. The cohort was followed up through linked data when they successfully attained employment.
