Incomplete Systemic Lupus Erythematos Cohort (iSLE)

ISLE is a prospective cohort of patients with incomplete systematic lupus erythematous (SLE), aiming to identify biomarkers and clinical parameters predicting progression to SLE. The study included 40 participants aged 18 years and above, who had at least one clinical symptom of SLE, and had experienced this symptom for less than 5 years. Participants are followed up every 6 months to investigate progress to SLE.
