IWHP is a longitudinal study investigating the health issues of mid-life women in Singapore. Participants were recruited between 2014 and 2016 through outpatient gynaecological clinics and public events. The cohort consists of over 1,200 women aged between 45 and 69 years who attended clinics for routine perimenopausal care at the time of recruitment. Participants are from various ethnicities, including Chinese, Malay, and Indian. Follow-up assessments are conducted periodically.
