Quality of Life Mapping (KLIK)
The KLIK programme allows for patients to complete quality of life questionnaires before attending healthcare appointments, of which can then be viewed by the healthcare professionals during the appointment. As of August 2024, 47 centres across the Netherlands use the KLIK service.
